What an amazing day of handball we had today in Loughmacrory where we were treated to an exhibition of handball from the girls of Tyrone on Allianz County Finals Day! The skills, determination, teamwork, and camaraderie on show was something that our schools, families and especially the girls themselves should be very proud of. The action was pulsating, and the spectators were certainly going home happy with what they witnessed.
Unfortunately, on a day like this - only 1 team can win each category but the smiles and laughter throughout the day shone even brighter than the cherished county medals on show at the finale.
A massive well done to all the competitors - We are so proud of you all.
This is only the start of your handballing journey where so many of the greats of the game have gone before. We wish all our winners the best of luck as they now go on to represent Tyrone on Ulster Final Day, next week in Belfast.
