Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Camogie County Finals 2025

15th May 2025
Fr Connolly Park in Eglish was the venue for today's Allianz Cumann na mBunscol All-County Camogie Finals. Roan St Patrick's Eglish, St John's Kingsisland, St Ronan's Recarson, St Patrick's Ardboe, St Patrick's Dungannon, St Colmcille's Carrickmore, Gaelscoil Aodha Rua and Gaelscoil Eoghain all battled it out for the county title in wonderful conditions.

After a round-robin format, Gaelscoil Eoghain & Gaelscoil Aodha Rua topped their groups with Roan & Carrickmore finishing as runners-up.

The first cup semi-final saw a strong Gaelscoil Eoghain outscore the Roan girls with Carrickmore winning a tight game with Gaelscoil Aodha Rua.

In the shield semi-finals, St John's Kingsisland were defeated by St Patrick's Dungannon whilst St Patrick's Ardboe lost out to St Ronan's Recarson.

The shield final was a very tight affair with St Patrick's Dungannon scoring the decisive goal in the last minute to clinch the victory from the Recarson girls.

The cup final saw indoor county champions Gaelscoil Eoghain face-off against last year's outdoor champions St Colmcille's Carrickmore in what was an epic match of the highest quality. It was Carrickmore however who got the vital scores to retain the cup and be crowned as county champions once again!
